How It Works

When a customer presses a CURVE Wi-Fi Call Button, an alert is sent through the Curve Digital Hub to your fleet of CURVE, DLR, or DTR radios. Staff members receive notifications, allowing them to discreetly assist customers without disturbing others. Analyze call button behavior, such as the number of presses, response times, and locations, and set up repeat and escalation notifications, all from the Curve Portal.
