The RCA RDR2320 is a 32 channel handheld two way radio that is ideal for educational institutions, hospitality, and small businesses. The RCR2320 transmits using analog or digital UHF or VHF frequencies, and can be programmed to work with other DMR capable digital radios (Motorola, Hytera, etc) in digital mode and most radio brands when operating in analog mode.

The RDR2320 radio completely eliminates background transmission noise and static to delivery crystal clear audio quality in digital operations. Combine that with 40% more efficient power usage, and users have a compelling reason to upgrade from existing analog fleets. Users can expect ~13 hours of power on time with regular usage or up to 17 hours with the optional high capacity battery upgrade.
